To use the Membership Online Services (referred as MOS from herein), you must abide by the following terms and conditions (referred to as T&Cs from herein):

• The information found within this website is confidential. Any leaking of club information or member information, or any other content accessible to you within these pages, is strictly prohibited
• Editing records that are not your own is not acceptable
• You do not give anyone your username or password, whether they are a member/ex-member/public/
• The ‘Going Flying’ page is confidential information – member’s locations are protected for safety and GDPR
• No screenshots of personal, confidential or sensitive information to be taken in these pages
• You do not use the website when you knowingly are using a compromised device. This can take the form of:
  • Insecure network connection
  • Knowing your device is infected with malware software
  • Using a device/Operating System/Web Browser heavily out of date and unsupported by the developer/manufacturer

Having access to MOS is a privilege, not a right. If any member is found to be contravening these T&Cs will have their access rights restricted. Continuation of not abiding by the T&Cs will mean full revoking of online privileges or disciplinary action.

The decision ends with the Committee and/or the GDPR Officer (who is your Webmaster), as the GDPR Officer is legally responsibly for ensuring we abide by GDPR (2018) Regulations within this website. The GDPR Officer will not be compromised in any legality issues, and nor will the Committee.
