We need to keep our records up to date, and for GDPR we need to ask your permissions on how your data is used for this year. When the new website launched, the opportunity to ensure we had your latest information was delayed until the new year due to website refinements and Covid-19, and then the e-AGM, using up too much time to get on top of this task.

Now we are in a quieter time of the year, we're taking the opportunity to undergo the huge task of cross checking all of your details are current.
